Julius is the CEO and the one who started it all! He founded NewTracks in 2016 and has led the company with a steady hand ever since.
With solid experience in mechanical design, product development, and international business operations, he oversees strategic partnerships, customer relations, and sales.
He is also deeply involved in design and product development, where he enjoys finding smart solutions together with customers and the team. Julius ensures that projects stay on track—always with the goal of delivering top quality.

HR Manager & Executive Assistant
Cloe Li
Cloe is originally from Shenzhen but has settled in Molde. As an experienced HR manager, she ensures that our team in China has what they need to succeed.
Cloe is a valuable bridge between Chinese and Norwegian culture and contributes to clear communication between our customers in Norway and our team in China.
In addition, she handles customer inquiries, follows up on quotations and orders, and helps ensure smooth deliveries. Cloe speaks fluent Chinese and English, and has also learned a great deal of Norwegian at an impressive pace.

Jalor, our dedicated quality manager, audits factories and ensures suppliers comply with strict HSEQ requirements. In addition, he and his team quality assure each production batch to guarantee that the products meet the correct standards before they are shipped to Norway.

Sunny is our energetic office manager, who ensures that logistics and documentation run smoothly. Quality Specialist
Ven Zhang
Ven is our experienced quality specialist with a solid background in quality control and new product development. He performs inspections, tests products, prepares QA documentation and contributes to supplier audits to ensure top quality.

Mechanical Engineer
John Wu
John supports the full engineering process from design to production. He creates and refines 2D/3D drawings, assists sourcing with technical evaluations, and leads NPI activities such as assembly verification and tool trials. Through hands-on work and regular factory visits, he ensures technical alignment, stable quality, and efficient mass-production readiness.

Kevin Liu
Our innovative project manager and engineer. Kevin is an experienced designer who ensures that new products go seamlessly into production. With his keen eye for detail and creative problem solving, he always finds good solutions to customers' challenges, from idea to finished product.

Crystal Li
Crystal is our skilled sourcing specialist with 13 years of experience in purchasing. She handles customer inquiries, finds the best suppliers, negotiates prices and prepares quotations. With full control over order follow-up, she ensures deliveries are made on time.

Global Trade Assistant
Nichole Chen
Nichole books all transport for us and ensures that all documentation is correct for customs clearance. She follows up on deliveries and informs customers if any delays occur. She also assists with reporting to both accounting and public authorities. In addition, she supports project coordination and daily administrative tasks, contributing to efficient processes across the company.
