Julius is our boss who started it all! He founded NewTracks in 2015 and has been leading the company with a steady hand ever since. With solid experience in product development and international business, he has full control over strategic partnerships, customer relations, and sales. He is deeply involved in design and product development, where he enjoys working closely with customers and the team to find smart solutions. Julius ensures that projects run smoothly – always with the goal of delivering top quality.

Marketing Manager
Camilla M. Lindberg
Camilla is responsible for marketing and communications at NewTracks and is passionate about communicating our stories and messages in an engaging way. From the head office in Asker, she also assists with administration and actively participates in customer projects, where she ensures clear and effective communication. If you need help with marketing, Camilla is the right person to contact – she also assists our customers with everything from strategic marketing and branding to communication and graphic design.

Cloe Li
Cloe is originally from Shenzhen but now lives in Molde. As an experienced HR manager, she ensures that our team in China has everything they need to succeed. Cloe is a valuable bridge between Chinese and Norwegian cultures, contributing to clear and effective communication between our customers in Norway and the team in China. In addition, she handles customer inquiries, follows up on quotes and orders, and ensures smooth deliveries. Cloe speaks fluent Chinese and English, and has impressively learned a lot of Norwegian in a short time.
