Enclosures for by machining, die casting og sheet metal forming

The process is used in the production of simple blisters for advanced components. Afterforming the plastic, outer edges and holes are removed by punching or machining.

Ideal for shaping and product design with low costs and low tool investments.

Machining provides opportunities for fantastic design and surface treatment in smaller volume.

Die casting will require a tooling investment, but gives very high flexibility in design and low unit cost.

Production by sheet metal either by laser cutting and bending, requires no tooling

so it is the perfect solution for smaller production volume.

Production by custom designed tools is very efficient process. Although this process requires a tooling investment, the tooling cost is relatively low and the low unit cost gives a quick payback time for the tooling.
