Our Responsibility
We believe in our ability to make a difference – and that responsible choices create lasting change. With production in China, a structured approach is required to ensure social rights, environmental considerations, and high quality throughout the value chain.
In 2024, we took an important step by investing in our own factory in China. This gives us better control over production and the ability to directly influence both working conditions and processes. We also work with selected subcontractors who maintain high quality standards. Through close cooperation and regular audits, we ensure that they share our focus on safety, quality and sustainability.

Social Responsibility
For us at NewTracks, social responsibility is about putting the people behind our products in focus. We work to ensure safe and fair working conditions, respect and dignity throughout the value chain – from the extraction of raw materials to the factory floor in China and our office in Norway.
Transparency Act
We want to be open about how we work for fair working conditions and ethical production throughout the value chain. Even though we are not directly covered by the Transparency Act, we see it as an important responsibility to adhere to its principles.
